Is your business blogging? Web logs—Web pages with links to sites that cover a particular subject—started showing up on personal and business Web sites a couple of years ago. Now now they seem to be everywhere—attracting huge audiences of Web-smart information junkies.
Some predict this new type of Web communication will become as commonplace as
e-mail. Moreover, some corporate bloggers believe blogs actually cut down on e-mail chatter within companies. They say reading, writing, and updating blogs is a whole lot faster than poring through tedious e-mail strings.
